Important Policies
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
The request to reschedule or cancel must be submitted at least 24hrs before the start time of that lesson.
Any request submitted within 24hrs of the lesson will be denied.
Lessons can not be rescheduled outside your expiration date.
If rescheduling:
Once your form is submitted and approved your original class will be removed and you will receive a new scheduling link.
Expiration Policy
Lesson credits expired 90 days after purchase. Unused credits will be lost. No exceptions.
Missed Lessons
Teacher will remain in the class until 5min before the end of class. If a lesson is missed by a student it will not be rescheduled. Lessons missed by teacher will be rescheduled.
